　　It’s a striking fact that there isn't a necessary relationship between one’s major and specific job duties for the majority of people. Many people condemn this outdated education system and some even complain that textbooks are useless.

　　This phenomenon exists for a number of reasons. First of all, it’s a common-sense that there always exists a gap between theory and practice. This gap needs to be bridged by a continuous exploration of similarities and differences between these two factors and accordingly corresponding modification. And it will lead to the disassociation between what one has acquired in college education and what he does at work.

　　From my point of view, when faced with disassociation, one should adapt himself to the working environment as soon as possible by adjusting his own information system.
