　　It is widely acknowledged that nowadays the job hunting of college graduates has become a pressing issue. All the information that the media conveys leaves us the impression that finding a decent job is becoming increasingly difficult. Many college students find themselves among the unemployed upon graduation.

　　人们都知道，现在大学毕业生找工作已成为迫切的问题。媒体传达的所有问题留给我们的印象是，找一份体面的工作变得越来越困难。许多大学学生发现自己一毕业就失业了。

　　Various factors are responsible for this phenomenon. Above all, the main reason is the annual growing population of college graduates. The number of college graduates has doubled or even tripled in recent years, while the number of jobs available has not increased correspondingly. On the other hand, higher education has failed to put enough stress on nurturing students' overall abilities. As a result, lots of college graduates cannot meet the needs of the employers they want to work for.

　　造成这一现象有各种各样的因素。总而言之，主要原因是每年大学毕业生都在增长。大学毕业生的人数在近些年已经翻了两倍甚至三倍，而可提供的工作的数量并没有相应增加。另一方面，高等教育没能够对培养学生综合能力加以足够重视。结果，许多大学毕业生不能满足他们想要申请的工作的雇主的需要。
