　　With social competition becoming increasingly fierce, the sense of personal fulfillment is high on people’s agenda. As a saying goes, “Custom is a second nature.” It is no exaggeration to say there lies a natural cause-and-effect relationship between good habits and spectacular success.

　　Then, what are the reasons supporting my argument? The main point to center on is thatpersonal habits, such as persistence, lifelong learning and self-discipline, are part and parcel oftriumph. It is no doubt that bad habits play an indispensable and inevitable role in leading tothe mire of strike and storm. In addition, appreciating and advocating remarkable traits shall never be overlooked, considered equally crucial and essential. A vast array of social elites and pioneers are living proof that their outstanding social behavior provides the best guide to others, which would exert a fundamental and instrumental influence on individuals’ academic performance, vocational development and even social progress.

　　With all the analysis mentioned above, we may naturally draw a conclusion: It is critical that adults attach importance to cultivation of habits. Meanwhile, only by guiding and educating teenagers in the long run can we help them survive and thrive in the era of chances, changes and challenges.
