长江
长江全长6000多米，是中国以及亚洲最 长的河流。它发源于青藏高原，流经11个省，往东注入东海。长江流域居住着约4亿人，其中少数民族人口约占6%。从唐朝以来，长江流域一直是中国的经济中心，同时也是中国现代工业的起源地。但是，目前长江流域的经济发展很不平衡，河流三角洲地区发达，而上游区域相对落后。
