　　与许多国家一样，中国也已建立起一个体系，以确保公民在退休后能够维持一定收人。这个体系的运转靠的是雇主和雇员每月各自上缴一部分钱。雇员上缴的部分存人个人账户，退休后个人可以直接从账户中取钱。而雇主上缴的部分将存入社会账户。这个账户中的基金将分配给所有曾在其职业生涯中向此账户缴过钱的公民。这样，即使公民用完了个人账户中的养老金,依然能有一些收入来维持生计。
