　　从微观的角度来讲， 随着父母一方出现身体虚弱状况的概率----在他(或她)身上需要体力和经济的支持----是上一代人的许多倍，全面放开二胎政策，从长远角度来看，将会给家庭带来诸多裨益。虽然养育孩子绝不是一件轻松的事情，但是多养育一个孩子所带来的弊端，比如，经济上暂时的拮据， 是无法与其带来的益处相比较的。 第二胎出生的孩子，至少会让他(或她)的哥哥或者姐姐感到不那么孤单;并且将来他们可以共同赡养他们年迈的父母。
