　　1.格式正确

　　英文书信的格式与中文书信的格式不同。英文书信的称呼、落款的位置和方式都有约定俗成的模式，考生应能掌握基本的书信格式。

　　其中，邀请信要注意：称谓;开头（向被邀请人简单问候）;联系人、电话、地址、落款及日期。

　　2.词汇的选择

　　考生应根据写信的对象来选择词语。给私人朋友写的信应该是非正式，而求职信、商务信就应该是正式的，礼貌的。语言方面，写给朋友，可选用活泼、真诚的言辞;写给长辈、上级、名人等，则应选用正式、礼貌的语言。以邀请信为例，应写明邀请对方参加的活动内容、时间和地点，与该活动有关的注意事项，期待对方接受邀请，并可表示感谢。

　　3.写全要点
